Czech Sport

Czech Sport Aircraft s.a. (formerly Czech Aircraft Works) is an aircraft manufacturer based in the Czech Republic. In 2011 the company's aircraft line included the amphibious Mermaid, the SportCruiser and the streamlined Parrot, but from 2012 only the SportCruiser and PS-28 Cruiser have been produced.
In 2009 the Regional Court in Brno, Czech Republic declared the Czech Aircraft Works company bankrupt. The successor company entered the market in the same year under the name Czech Sport Aircraft.

SportCruiser

The SportCruiser is a two-seat, single engine, tricycle undercarriage, fixed-wing aircraft that was introduced in 2006 by Czech Aircraft Works. The aircraft is of all aluminum construction with a low wing configuration. The SportCruiser has an optional Ballistic Recovery Systems parachute, auto pilot and Dynon or TruTrak electronic flight instrument system (EFIS).
In January 2010, the SportCruiser was added to the Piper Aircraft line as the PiperSport under a licensing agreement with Czech Sport Aircraft. This arrangement was terminated one year later in January 2011. However, in 2016 the SportCruiser was the best selling aircraft in the SLSA (Special Light-Sport Aircraft) category in the USA.
Variants are SportCruiser, PiperSport and PS-28 Cruiser.

PS-28 Cruiser, registration PH-ZLV, built 2014, serial number C513
