Airline alliance announced on 8 October 2014 and established in 2015 by Etihad Airways. The alliance includes Air Berlin, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, Alitalia, Etihad Airways, Etihad Regional (Darwin Airline), Jet Airways and NIKI. With the exception of NIKI, Etihad Airways holds minority equity investments in the participating airlines. Since it is a cooperation within the Etihad concern, the Oneworld membership of Air Berlin and the SkyTeam membership of Alitalia are still existing.
